This tutorial will show you:
To get started, from the Parrish Library homepage, select the List of Business Databases on the left side of the page.
Then select Gale Business: Entrepreneurship.
Note: If you experience issues with this Guide closing when you click on the database you may need to open the Guide in a separate window.
What kind of information is available?
Gale Business: Entrepreneurship is a portal for entrepreneurs containing business plans, entrepreneurial articles, small business forms and related information, including small business encyclopedias; and covers all aspects of starting and running a business.
From the homepage, you can complete a simple search by keyword, navigate to the advanced search menu, and browse topics.
To set up an advanced search, click on the Advanced Search link.
Try this sample search.
From the results page you can edit your search by removing filters or clicking on the revise search link.
Under Filter your Results, you can select additional filters to narrow your results further.
To open a result, click on the title.
Once you’ve opened the article, you can download, export, print, or save it using the buttons in the middle of the page.
You can click on the cite button in the upper navigation, or scroll to the bottom of the page, to generate a citation.
Note: Remember to always double check citations for errors.
